SCOTS PINE

The Scots or Scotch Pine has been widely planted for the purpose of producing Christmas trees. This tree is great for Christmas, it’s known for having excellent needle retention as they do not fall, even when dry. It also has stiff branches which are well suited for decorating with both light and heavy ornaments. The Scots Pine has character - it’s quirky, it does not always grow in a perfect cone shape.

Read the above info on our trees and choose the variety which best meets your needs

Get the right height, remember that a stand adds a further 15cm to the overall tree height

Once home, cut 2-3 cm from the stump straight across using a handsaw
